H.E.A.P (Home Energy Assistance Program)

 

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program that provides eligible Ohioans assistance with their home energy bills. This one-time benefit is applied directly to the customer’s utility bill or bulk fuel bill. 

PIPP (Percent of Payment Plan)

 

The Percent of Payment Plan is an additional program to help those who heat with gas or electric.  Contact the Miami County CAC today to see if you qualify.  937-335-7921

Miami County Community Action Council

Miami County Ohio's "Human Resources Directory" is full of information to assist and direct those looking for aid, information and available resources.  They cover everything from food, clothing, emergency/crisis information to shelter and daycare information.

Operation Veteran & Caregiver Support

Their goal is to educate by connecting veterans to resources available to them in order to improve their lives. We empower veterans to engage such resources as tools to improve their lives, with the intended outcome of a Transformation of quality of life. We connect with veterans, caregivers of veterans, widows and caregivers of widows.

Fletcher United Methodist Church - God's Grocery

​

Fletcher United Methodist Church located at 205 S Walnut St in Fletcher Ohio is open to anyone on the 1st Tuesday from 3-5pm and the 3rd Tuesday from 5-7pm.  Volunteers are available to help those who need assistance loading their groceries.  The church can be contacted at 937-368-2470 if you have any questions.

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

​

Every child from birth to age 5 is eligible to receive one book by mail each month through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library at no cost to the family.   Click the link above to be directed to the JR Clarke Library for more information and a link to sign your child up online.
